Xinxing Vocational and Technical College is located on the south side of Xianfeng Avenue, Xinxing City, the 13th Division of the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps. It is planned to use 2,000 mu of teaching land and has a building area of 510,000 square meters. After completion, it can meet the school scale of 16,000 people. In 1981, after the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps was restored, the Hami Farm Administration was formally established; since 1983, the Hami Administration has successively established the Agricultural Extension School and the Teachers' Training School, and began to hold vocational and technical education and employee technical training.
