Zhalantun Vocational College is a public full-time general higher vocational college approved by the People's Government of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region and registered by the Ministry of Education of China. The college is located in Hulunbuir City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, known as "China's Most Beautiful Grassland" and "China's Best Ethnic Charm City". The college was established by merging the Zhalantun Preschool Teachers School founded in 1946, the Inner Mongolia Zhalantun Forestry School founded in 1952, the Inner Mongolia Zhalantun Agricultural and Animal Husbandry School founded in 1952, and the Hulunbuir Health School founded in 1959. It has a long history, profound cultural heritage, and a solid foundation for running schools.
