Zhangzhou Institute of Science and Technology is located in Tianfu Cultural Industrial Park, a characteristic town of Pantuo tea culture in Zhangpu County, Zhangzhou City, next to National Highway 324 (Zhangpu Station of Xiamen-Shenzhen High-speed Railway). It is a non-profit higher vocational college founded in 2007 by Mr. Li Ruihe, a famous Taiwanese businessman, the world's tea king, the chairman of the board of directors of Tianren Group and Tianfu Group.
