Zhejiang Communications Vocational and Technical College was founded in 1958 and is affiliated to the Zhejiang Provincial Department of Transportation. It is known as the "Cradle of Zhejiang Transportation Talents". In 1999, it was approved by the Ministry of Education to become one of the first batch of higher vocational colleges in Zhejiang Province.
