Zhejiang Oriental Vocational and Technical College is a full-time general college directly under the Wenzhou Municipal People's Government and managed by the state-owned enterprise Wenzhou Modern Service Industry Development Group Co., Ltd. The school's operation can be traced back to Wenzhou Oriental Vocational School, Zhejiang Oriental Group Technical School, and Zhejiang Oriental College, which were founded in 1999.
