Cyprus University of Technology is a public university in Cyprus, located in Limassol, the second largest city in Cyprus. The university is committed to developing into a modern, pioneering and internationally recognized university, pursuing excellence in cutting-edge education and research in science, technology and economics to better serve Cyprus, the European Union and the world.

History and Establishment

The university was established by law in 2004 and welcomed its first batch of students in September 2007, when the official inauguration ceremony was presided over by the then President of Cyprus, Tassos Papadopoulos.

Faculty: It has 286 faculty members, of which 24% are international faculty members, who have rich teaching and research experience in their respective fields.
