Mansoura University is one of the largest universities in Egypt. It is located in Mansoura City in the middle of the Nile Delta. It is a comprehensive university that plays an important role in Egypt's cultural and scientific fields.

History and Establishment

In 1962, the Faculty of Medicine of Mansoura University began to conduct medical research as a branch of Cairo University. In 1972, according to Article 49 of the Presidential Decree, the establishment of the University of the East Delta was announced. In 1973, it was officially renamed Mansoura University.
