Overview

Kazakh-British Technical University (KBTU) is a leading engineering and technical university in Kazakhstan, located in Almaty, the largest city in Kazakhstan. The school was established in 2001 by Resolution No. 1027 of the Government of Kazakhstan on August 3, 2001, and a Memorandum of Understanding between the Ministry of Education and Science of Kazakhstan and the British Council. KBTU is committed to providing high-quality engineering and technical education. It is the first technical university in Kazakhstan and the only university in the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) to be accredited by ABET internationally.

 

Campus
