Introduction to Ulyanovsk State University
Ulyanovsk State University is one of the largest universities in the Volga region. It was established in 1988 as a branch of Moscow State University, became an independent university in 1996, and was awarded the status of flagship university in the Ulyanovsk region in 2017. In December of the same year, it was recognized as a university center for innovation, technology and social development in the region.
