The school has more than 17,000 domestic and foreign students and has 10 colleges, including the School of International Business and Economics, the School of Foreign Languages, etc. It offers 68 undergraduate majors, 20 master's majors, 22 doctoral majors and 8 technical majors.
History and establishment time
The school was established in 1967. Its predecessor was the Far Eastern Institute of Technology. In 1995, it was renamed the Far Eastern State Institute of Technology and became the Vladivostok State University of Economics and Service in 1996.

Faculty: Among the teachers in this department, there are 73 professors with doctoral degrees and 266 associate professors with postdoctoral degrees, accounting for 66% of the total number of teachers.

Campus Environment
The campus is located in the city center, with 8 teaching buildings, 20 laboratories, a library, 2 dormitories, 3 gyms, etc., as well as a Japanese stone garden, performing arts center, etc. The 6 dormitory buildings can accommodate more than 2,200 students. The dormitory is surrounded by complete security facilities. There is also the first statue of Joseph Mandelstam in Russia on campus.
