History and establishment time: Established in 2015 by an Act of the Zimbabwean Parliament (Chapter 25:29).

There are a certain number of professional teachers, and it focuses on practical teaching. Through cooperation with local agricultural enterprises and institutions, it provides students with internships and practical opportunities to help students accumulate practical experience.
