Xinyang Foreign Affairs Vocational and Technical College is a full-time higher vocational college approved by the provincial government and registered by the Ministry of Education. The college was formerly the Xinxian Overseas Labor Training Center. Since 1984, it has opened short-term training courses in construction, electronics, clothing and other skills. In recent years, more than 3,270 returning students have invested in and established stores, hotels, factories, farms and other entities, driving more than 80,000 people out of poverty and into wealth. Xinyang Foreign Affairs College has built an overpass and a highway to quickly get rich for young people in foreign-related vocational education, allowing them to learn professional skills in China, find employment abroad, and then return to their hometowns to start businesses, and has played a good demonstration and leading role in the province.
