School Overview

A long history: The school was founded in 1871 by the De La Salle Christian Brothers. It was originally named Christian Brothers College and was renamed Christian Brothers University in June 1990.

Campus environment: Located in Midtown, 4 miles east of downtown Memphis, the campus covers an area of ​​75 acres and is shaded by trees. The campus buildings follow the Georgian style, with arched corridors running through them. The campus is surrounded by iron fences and brick walls, with multiple entrances, and a security gate was added to the facilities on the north side of the campus in 2023.
