The University of the Arts Singapore (UAS) is the first and only government-funded art university in Singapore. UAS was jointly established by two renowned art schools, Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts (NAFA) and LASALLE College of the Arts, with the support of the Singapore government, and formed through a central agency, UAS Ltd, which has degree-granting authority.
