The College of Arts and Sciences of Hubei Normal University is an independent college of ordinary undergraduate institutions of higher learning established in 2003 with the approval of the Ministry of Education. The school is located at No. 666, East Jinshan Avenue, Economic and Technological Development Zone, Huangshi City, Hubei Province. The planned area is nearly 1,800 acres, and the built school area is 490,000 square meters. The school is adjacent to Xisai Mountain in the east, ancient mining and smelting in the west, Daye Lake in the south, and Huangjin Mountain in the north. The school has 813 teachers of its own and appointed, including 328 teachers with associate senior titles or above, and 434 teachers with master's degrees or above.
