Introduction
Belarusian-Russian University is an interstate higher education institution jointly governed by the Republic of Belarus and the Russian Federation. It has the status of a national university of both countries and is the largest higher education institution in eastern Belarus. It is located in Mogilev, the cultural capital of eastern Belarus.
