Introduction
The Belarusian State Academy of Music is the highest institution of art in Belarus. It is also a center for musicology, music education, music performance and music research. It is the largest music performance art and musicology center in Belarus. Its school-running model draws on the experience of the St. Petersburg State Conservatory of Music and the Moscow Tchaikovsky Conservatory of Music in Russia. In 2018, it won the Special Award of the President of the Republic of Belarus for Literary and Art Workers.
