Haidu College of Qingdao Agricultural University is a full-time general undergraduate college independently established in 2005 with the approval of the Ministry of Education. It is now located in Laiyang Campus of Qingdao Agricultural University, which has a history of more than 70 years. The library has a collection of more than 782,400 books, a total fixed asset value of more than 190.3117 million yuan, and teaching equipment worth more than 51.7528 million yuan. There are currently 11,728 students. The school has 8 colleges (departments) including the School of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, the School of Food Engineering, the School of Bioengineering, the School of Modern Design, the School of Economics and Management, the School of Information Engineering, the Basic Teaching Department, and the School of Marxism.
