Chang'an University is directly under the Ministry of Education of the People's Republic of China. It is one of the first batch of national "211 Project" key construction universities, a national "985 Advantageous Discipline Innovation Platform" construction university, and a national "double first-class" construction university. The school was founded in New China when all industries were waiting for prosperity, grew during the waves of reform, and prospered in the trend of becoming a powerful country in higher education.
