Xinxiang Institute of Technology (formerly the New Academy of Sciences of Henan Institute of Science and Technology), founded in 2003, is a full-time public welfare undergraduate college approved by the Ministry of Education. It has the right to confer bachelor's degrees and was renamed Xinxiang Institute of Technology in 2021.
