Hainan Software Vocational and Technical College was established in March 2003 with the approval of the Hainan Provincial People's Government and registered with the Ministry of Education. It was upgraded from the original Hainan Qionghai Normal School to a public full-time higher vocational school that mainly cultivates high-quality technical and technical talents in the information and software industries. The school has a history of 101 years. The school is the only public higher vocational school in Hainan that has successfully passed the Ministry of Education’s talent training evaluation twice in a row, a national civilized unit, a high-quality higher vocational college project construction school in Hainan Province, and a “double high” college project construction school in Hainan Province.
