Shanxi College of Finance and Taxation was founded in 1951. At the beginning of its establishment, it was determined to inherit the way of prospering the country and cultivating talents for the benefit of the people. In the new era and new journey, the school has taken the initiative and taken the initiative to be selected as the first batch of national demonstrative higher vocational colleges, national high-quality junior colleges, and the only high-level higher vocational school construction unit with Chinese characteristics in Shanxi. There are more than 50 high-level talents with senior professional titles and doctoral degrees, more than 100 associate professors, and the proportion of full-time teachers with senior professional titles ranks first among similar colleges in the province. Focusing on improving digital capabilities, the school jointly developed the "Digital Competence Standards for Vocational School Teachers" with "Double First-Class" universities. Focusing on deepening the integration of industry and education, implement the "2510" school-enterprise cooperation strategy, and cooperate deeply with more than 600 enterprises; jointly create a national industry-education integration community with leading enterprises and "double first-class" universities. With the promotion of vocational and general education integration as the key, we will cooperate with well-known universities in the province to carry out the five-year "high-school-undergraduate" talent training reform to expand students' growth and development channels. With the integration of science and education as the new direction, we will further optimize the high-quality resources inside and outside the school, and jointly create a school-enterprise cooperation platform with mixed reform nature represented by the Institute of Cultural Industry Innovation and Development, which integrates talent cultivation, team building, and scientific research innovation, and jointly create a new "industry-education-science" integration ecology. At present, the school has 1 national-level vocational education "dual-qualified" teacher training base, 8 national-level vocational skills appraisal institutions, 38 on-campus training bases, and 312 off-campus training bases. We have built 1 national-level training base, 7 provincial-level high-level training bases, 7 industrial colleges that have in-depth cooperation with relevant domestic leading enterprises, 1 big data cross-border e-commerce service platform, 50 digital training rooms, 20 smart classrooms, and took the lead in establishing 5 national cloud finance and other industry-education integration platforms. Undertake foreign aid training from the Ministry of Commerce, train 281 local talents for 10 countries including Rwanda; export 1 professional standard, 1 occupational standard, 8 bilingual courses, 2 of which are online on the website of the Arab University of Science and Technology in Tunisia, the only one of its kind in China; establish 8 foreign-related training bases, and train 468 international craftsmen for overseas companies. The school was selected into the first batch of vocational education resources with international influence and recommended list of vocational schools with high internationalization level in Shanxi. At the same time, it provided 185 decision-making consulting services to the government, industry and enterprises, and 37 political participation and consultation results were adopted by provincial and above institutions, achieving an average of 30,000 person-days of social training per year; formulated provincial tourism demonstration village standards, held 6 training seminars for rural revitalization demonstration villages, trained 876 people, and the assisted village was identified as a provincial demonstration village for rural revitalization.
