Heilongjiang Guangsha College In August 2000, with the approval of the Heilongjiang Provincial Government, Beijing Zhongke Juntai Co., Ltd. independently invested and established the first private college in Limin Development Zone, Jiangbei District, Harbin. In the early days of its establishment, it was named "Heilongjiang Guangsha College" (specialized). · Harbin University of Science and Technology Guangsha College cooperated with Harbin University of Science and Technology in March 2001 and was renamed Harbin University of Science and Technology Guangsha College. It is a secondary college of Harbin University of Science and Technology and began to be included in the national unified enrollment (junior college). · Harbin University of Commerce Guangsha College In March 2003, with the coordination of the Provincial Department of Education, the approval of the Provincial Government, and the filing of the Ministry of Education, it terminated its cooperation with Harbin University of Science and Technology and began to cooperate with Harbin University of Commerce. The college was renamed Harbin University of Commerce Guangsha College and became an independent college of Harbin University of Commerce.
