The 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China attached great importance to cultural self-confidence, repeatedly emphasized the important value of culture, and pointed out the direction for cultural education in colleges and universities. The Party Committee of the College attaches great importance to the cultural construction of college students, always adheres to the educational concept of "moral education", enriches the cultural connotation of young students, and closely focuses on the fundamental issue of "what kind of people to cultivate, how to cultivate people, and for whom to cultivate people". Innovate the form of activities, carry out rich and colorful campus cultural activities, accumulate and deepen the connotation of campus culture, and the college has won the titles of civilized units and national unity units in the autonomous region for many consecutive years. In the work of educating people, we constantly innovate the forms of activities, plan and carry out campus cultural activities that teachers and students love to see and hear, and carry out "Chinese Dream" themed education activities, Chinese traditional culture education activities, social practice activities, national unity education, civilized campus creation and other activities through actively cultivating and practicing the core values of socialism. Our college comprehensively plans campus culture from five aspects: material culture, spiritual culture, behavioral culture, environmental culture, and characteristic culture. We adopt top-level design and macro-control, and guide students to inherit the excellent traditional Chinese culture by carrying out cultural activities with clear themes. Guided by modern culture, we carry out national unity education activities, use transportation culture as a carrier, build a cultural atmosphere with unique characteristics of Jiaotong College, explore long-term mechanisms for innovative and entrepreneurial education, cultivate talents for dual innovation, and make campus culture a nutrient solution for quality education. The five-dimensional cultural education system has been implemented with the core of "promoting traditional Chinese culture and consolidating the foundation of moral culture", "taking modern culture as the guide and building a solid ideological barrier", "inheriting excellent national culture and promoting harmonious national feelings", "integrating the culture of the transportation industry and cultivating the spirit of serving the public", and "molding the soul of learning and practicing, and showing the style of students of the College of Transportation". It uses culture to educate people, improves civilized literacy, and guides teachers and students to be firm believers, active disseminators, and exemplary practitioners of the core socialist values. In the past three years, the college has been rated as a national civilized unit in the transportation industry, an ethnic unity unit in Urumqi, and the first civilized campus in the autonomous region.
