Liaoning Engineering Vocational College is a municipal public full-time higher vocational college. It is one of the first national skill foundation engineering training bases, a national high-skilled talent training base, a national employee education and training demonstration site, a provincial vocational skills training demonstration base, and a World Skills Competition China Training Base. It is the only leading training base for the World Skills Competition in Northeast China. The players trained have won two golds and one silver in the World Skills Competition. Among them, the college player Jiang Hao won the championship in the 2022 World Skills Competition Special Competition on behalf of China, and reached the top of the world skills.
