Puyang Vocational and Technical College (Puyang Vocational and Technical College), located in Puyang City, Henan Province, a national historical and cultural city, a national civilized city, a sanitary city, a garden city, and an excellent tourist city in China, is a general full-time college with a history of more than 70 years. The school was formerly the Provincial Puyang Normal School in 1950, the Puyang Industrial School, Puyang Radio and Television University, and Puyang Education College in the early 1980s. In April 2001, with the approval of the Henan Provincial People's Government and the filing of the Ministry of Education, the four schools merged to form Puyang Vocational and Technical College. In April 2015, the Puyang Municipal People's Government, relying on Puyang Vocational and Technical College, jointly organized the Puyang Institute of Technology, Henan University with Henan University.
