Jingmen Vocational College was founded in 2016. It is a public full-time general higher vocational college approved by the Ministry of Education. It is the only municipal college with an advantageous geographical location, complete professional categories, strong teaching staff, and outstanding school performance. The school covers an area of 402 acres, with a construction area of 200,000 square meters, 147 full-time teachers, and 8,775 full-time students. The school adheres to the spirit of the school motto of "Honesty of Virtue, Skills, Knowledge and Action" and has 25 departments in 7 major departments, including the School of Marxism, Department of Mechanical Engineering, Department of Circular Chemical Engineering, Department of Electronic Information, School of Education and Art, Department of Finance and Commerce, and School of Medicine.
