Shaanxi Mechanical and Electrical Vocational and Technical College was founded in 1986. It is a provincial public full-time general higher vocational college approved by the Shaanxi Provincial People's Government. It is affiliated to the Shaanxi Provincial Department of Education and is located in Baoji City, Shaanxi Province, the hometown of Emperor Yan, the hometown of bronze ware, and the industrial center of the west. The school currently has four campuses, including Baofu Road, Panlong New District, Qianhe, and Xinfu Road, with a campus area of more than 1,200 acres.
