Hubei Preschool Teachers College, formerly known as Hubei Provincial Experimental Preschool Normal School, is the earliest independently established preschool normal school in New China. In the first half of 2013, with the approval of the provincial government and the filing of the Ministry of Education, it was upgraded to a full-time general college. It is directly under the leadership of the Hubei Provincial Department of Education.
