Henan Mechanical and Electrical Vocational College is a public full-time higher vocational college sponsored by the Henan Provincial People's Government and directly under the Provincial Department of Education. The school was founded in 1953. The school headquarters is located in Zhengzhou South University City. It has 25 secondary colleges and has in-depth cooperation with 9 industrial parks and 130 units to build 25 industrial colleges or field engineer colleges. 82 majors are offered. There are more than 1,700 full-time and part-time teachers, including 429 professors and associate professors, and more than 31,000 students.
