Henan Vocational College of Quality Engineering was established in 2003. It was jointly upgraded from Pingdingshan Radio and Television University, which was founded in 1980, and Henan Quality Engineering School, which was founded in 1996. It is the only full-time public general higher vocational college in the country with quality education and quality service as its main features.
