Liaoning Finance Vocational College is the only financial higher vocational college in the province approved by the Liaoning Provincial People's Government and registered with the Ministry of Education. The school was founded in 1954, formerly the Cadre School of the Liaoning Branch of the People's Bank of China, and was transformed into a higher vocational college in 2002.
