Jinan University is a comprehensive university jointly built by the Shandong Provincial People's Government and the Ministry of Education, a key construction university in Shandong Province, and a high-level "first-class" construction university in Shandong Province. It has the right to award bachelor's, master's and doctoral degrees. The school was founded in 1948.
