Zhengzhou Vocational College of Finance and Taxation is a general public higher vocational college at the junior college level approved by the Henan Provincial Government. It is located in Guancheng Hui District, Zhengzhou City, the founding place of the millennium commercial capital and the capital of China. It is a college that focuses on the cultivation of skilled talents, emphasizes moral education, and highlights the characteristics of the school. History The history of the college can be traced back to the Zhengzhou Finance and Trade School, which was closed in 1968. In 1979, the Municipal Editorial Committee approved the restoration of the Zhengzhou Finance and Trade School and renamed it Zhengzhou Finance and Trade Technical School. In 1985, it was approved by the provincial government and renamed Zhengzhou Finance and Taxation School. In 2013, the provincial government approved the establishment of Zhengzhou Finance and Taxation Vocational College on the basis of Zhengzhou Finance and Taxation School. Since then, the college has entered the ranks of higher education institutions. In 2018, the Zhengzhou Branch of Henan China Accounting Correspondence School was incorporated, and the college's space for running schools was further broadened. In 2021, the Municipal Editorial Committee adjusted the college from being under the management of the Municipal Finance Bureau to being under the management of the Municipal Education Bureau. School conditions The college currently has two campuses in Guancheng Hui District and Aviation Port District. The Guancheng Hui District campus covers an area of 301 acres, with a construction area of 150,000 square meters and 10,908 students. The total land acquisition area of the Aviation Port Campus, which is under construction, is approved to be 1,168.52 acres, with a total construction area of 486,473 square meters.
