The Special Police College of China (SPC) is located in Changping District, Beijing. It is a higher education institution of the Armed Police Force that specializes in cultivating anti-terrorism special warfare and reconnaissance intelligence talents. It is supported by the National Natural Science Foundation of China. The overall conditions of units and "2110 Project" are key to the construction of colleges and universities. The predecessor of the college was the Anti-hijacking Special Police Force of the Ministry of Public Security established in July 1982. In April 1983, it was renamed the Special Police Brigade of the Chinese People’s Armed Police Force. In 1985, it was reorganized into the Armed Police Force Special Police School and implemented a school-team integration system. ; In May 2000, it was renamed the Chinese People's Armed Police Force Special Police College; in 2017, a new Armed Police Special Police College was adjusted and established based on the original Armed Police Special Police College, Armed Police Beijing Command College, and Armed Police Shenyang Command College. As of March 2022, the college consists of Baima Road teaching area, Nankou teaching area, an armed police training base and a military dog base; it has 1 military science bachelor's degree authorization point, 3 undergraduate enrollment professional directions, and 3 military key disciplines Construction project; there are 95 outstanding military professional and technical personnel with post allowances and 3 famous teaching teachers of the Armed Police Force.
