Hunan Golf and Tourism Vocational College is a full-time general higher vocational college approved by the Hunan Provincial People's Government and registered by the Ministry of Education. The school was formerly the Qingshui Lake Campus of Hunan University of International Economics, which was founded in 2005. It was independently established as Hunan Golf and Tourism Vocational College in 2010. The school is a national higher vocational college sports work "one school one product" demonstration base, a Chinese golf professional talent training base, a vice chairman unit of the Sports Working Committee of the Vocational Education School of the Chinese University Sports Association, a Hunan Province Golf Education and Training Base, a "benchmark party organization" of the Changde City Two New Working Committee, and a Changde City Green School. The school is located in Changde City, Hunan Province, on the shore of Dongting Lake with beautiful scenery and outstanding people.
