Quanzhou Engineering Vocational and Technical College was established in November 2013 with the approval of the Fujian Provincial People's Government. It is a full-time non-profit vocational college. The school is run by Nan'an Hongxiang Education Investment Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Quanzhou Nanyi Real Estate Development Group Co., Ltd., a state-owned enterprise in Nan'an City. As a state-owned enterprise in Nan'an City, Nanyi Group has always adhered to the positioning of urban and rural construction and urban comprehensive operation service providers. It has 16 subsidiaries including Nan'an Urban Construction Group, with total assets of about 22 billion yuan.
