The college was established in 2019. It is a full-time higher vocational school approved by the Sichuan Provincial People's Government and officially registered by the Ministry of Education. It is held by the Neijiang Municipal People's Government and the Sichuan Provincial Department of Education implements educational administration in accordance with the law. The college covers an area of 443 acres.
