Inner Mongolia Vocational College of Fine Arts was established with the approval of the People's Government of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region (Inner Mongolia Government [2010] No. 248), and was filed with the Ministry of Education (Jiaofa [2012] No. 70). It is included in the national unified enrollment plan and has the qualification to independently issue nationally recognized academic certificates. The college is located in Bayannur City in the western part of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.
