Xingtai Vocational College of Applied Technology is a full-time general higher vocational college invested and built by Sichuan Hope Education Industry Group, approved by the People's Government of Hebei Province and filed by the Ministry of Education of China. It has the qualification to independently issue nationally recognized academic certificates and is a regional revitalization education project that the Ministry of Education focuses on and supports. The school is located in Wei County, Hebei Province, a national garden city. It is planned to cover an area of 500 acres and a planned building area of 240,000 square meters. It has six secondary colleges and a basic teaching department, including the School of Information Technology, the School of Medicine and Health, the School of Engineering Technology, the School of Digital Economics and Trade, the School of Rural Revitalization, and the School of Marxism. 15 majors have been opened, including big data technology, rural e-commerce, health management, and new energy vehicle inspection and maintenance technology. At present, there are more than 360 faculty and staff, more than 6,300 students, 380,000 books in the library, and 1.5 million electronic books. The goal of building a university with 10,000 people in the "14th Five-Year Plan" development plan is about to be achieved. The school has always adhered to the school-running purpose of "establishing morality and educating people, educating the country", and gradually formed a development pattern dominated by information technology, smart agriculture, and big health majors, while taking into account related majors such as transportation, finance and trade.
