Guizhou Ecological and Energy Vocational College is a public full-time higher vocational college jointly organized by the Guizhou Provincial Forestry Bureau and the Guizhou Provincial Energy Bureau. It is located at No. 1 Caiguan Road, Yunyan District, Guiyang City, with a school scale of 15,000 people, an area of 874.55 acres, and an existing building area of more than 260,000 square meters. In accordance with the school-running positioning of "based on ecological security and energy security, focusing on the 'dual carbon' goals, relying on mechanization, automation, digitization, intelligence, networking, informationization, and unmanned technology, serving the high-quality development of the forestry and energy industries, and cultivating high-quality technical and skilled talents for the construction of 'four districts and one highland'", it has built five major professional groups including ecology, tourism and health care, modern energy, electromechanical engineering, and intelligent engineering, and has opened 25 majors including forestry technology, garden technology, coal mine intelligent mining technology, mechatronics technology, and computer application technology.
