Tianfu College of Southwestern University of Finance and Economics is an independent college established with the approval of the Ministry of Education (Jiaofa Letter [2006] No. 81) to replace the Fujiang Campus of Southwestern University of Finance and Economics as a whole, and completely inherit all the faculty and management team, school philosophy, books and materials, teaching equipment, campus buildings and living facilities of the former School of Electronic Commerce of Southwestern University of Finance and Economics. The school now has four campuses in Chengdu, Deyang and Mianyang, covering a total area of 1,909 acres. The Chengdu campus is divided into Chengdu East District and Chengdu West District, both located in Longtan Headquarters Economic City, Section 2, East Third Ring Road, Chenghua District, Chengdu; the Deyang campus is located near the highway exit in Luojiang District, Deyang; and the Mianyang campus is located in China Science and Technology City, the second largest city in Sichuan Province - Mianyang City. The high-speed rail connects the four campuses of Chengdu, Deyang and Mianyang in 40 minutes. The British National Higher Education Diploma International Exchange Program Center established by the school was rated as the first A-level center in China, and the "3+1, 2+2, 1+1" curriculum system independently designed and developed has been recognized by nearly 60 overseas institutions.
