Xi'an Eurasia University was founded in 1995. It is an internationalized general undergraduate university with management and economics as the main disciplines, and coordinated development of art, literature, education, and engineering. The college is located at No. 8 Dongyi Road, Yanta District, Xi'an. It is the only private university in Shaanxi Province that undertakes the national education system reform pilot project, the Ministry of Education's excellent university for informatization pilot, and the Shaanxi Provincial University Teacher Training Base. The college has been ranked first in the "China's Private University of Finance and Economics Ranking" of the China Alumni Association Network for 9 consecutive years. It is one of the private universities of finance and economics with the highest level of education in mainland China.
