Cangzhou Jiaotong College is a full-time general undergraduate college approved by the Ministry of Education. Its predecessor was Beijing Jiaotong University Haibin College, an independent college established in 2008 by Beijing Jiaotong University, a national key university directly under the Ministry of Education. The school obtained the right to confer bachelor's degrees in 2012, and was approved by the Ministry of Education to be renamed Cangzhou Jiaotong College in 2020. There are nearly 20,826 students currently enrolled, and a total of more than 30,000 outstanding graduates have been sent to the country.
