Xi'an University of Finance and Economics Xingzhi College is located in the ancient capital of Xi'an, Bailuyuan University Town. It is an independent college with distinctive characteristics and mainly conducts undergraduate education in economics and management disciplines, approved by the Ministry of Education and jointly organized by Xi'an University of Finance and Economics and social forces. The school was founded in 2004. Adhering to the Xingzhi spirit of "willing to contribute, courageous to create, hands and brains grow together, and action and knowledge are integrated", the school adheres to the "student-centered" education concept, and continuously deepens the comprehensive reform of education and teaching, improves the professional settings and discipline structure, and takes the road of characteristic development and connotation development. It has become an application-oriented university with economics and management majors as the main trunk, and economics, management, literature, science, art, and education support each other and coordinate the development of finance and economics. The school currently has 7 teaching units, including the School of Economics and Statistics, the School of Management, the School of Accounting, the School of Humanities and Arts, the School of Marxism, the Department of General Education, and the Department of Physical Education (Department of Physical Education). It offers 26 undergraduate majors, including accounting, financial management, finance, business administration, logistics management, auditing, logistics engineering, data science and big data technology, English, network and new media, environmental design, and product design. The school has six provincial "first-class major" construction sites, including accounting, financial management, business administration, finance, finance, and English. The finance major is a provincial professional comprehensive reform pilot project, the finance teaching team is a provincial teaching team, and "Journalism Theory" is a provincial course ideological and political demonstration course and teaching team. Logistics management, logistics engineering, accounting, financial management and other majors have carried out the "1+X" certificate system pilot professional construction reform work, and there are currently 11 "1+X" certificate system pilot projects. The school attaches great importance to cultivating innovative application-oriented talents. It currently has one provincial applied economics experimental teaching demonstration center, 28 professional laboratories such as accounting comprehensive practice teaching center, economic comprehensive practice teaching center, cross-disciplinary comprehensive simulation practice teaching center, ERP enterprise management sandbox laboratory, and integrated media broadcasting and live broadcast laboratory, more than 170 off-campus internship bases, a teaching laboratory area of 4,042 square meters, 134 smart classrooms and multimedia classrooms, 5 voice classrooms, and 7 computer classrooms. The College of Innovation and Entrepreneurship was established in 2015 and is one of the earliest colleges of innovation and entrepreneurship established in independent colleges in Shaanxi Province. Since its establishment, the college has formed an innovative and entrepreneurial teaching system integrating professional and creative, an innovative and entrepreneurial training system featuring the "Four One Projects", and an innovative and entrepreneurial support system with the highlight of the Alumni Entrepreneurship Fund on the basis of drawing on the advanced experience of other domestic universities and focusing on the cultivation of applied undergraduate talents. At present, the foreign universities cooperating with our school include the University of Sunderland in the UK, the University of Keele in the UK, the University of Huddersfield in the UK, Mount Saint Vincent University in Canada, James Cook University Singapore Campus in Australia, Chulalongkorn University in Thailand, Jeonbuk National University in South Korea, and Daegu University in South Korea.
