Established in 2008.

Nature of the institution: Intergovernmental specialized organization with university functions, with university authorization and charter published in the United Nations Treaty Series (Certificate 49006/49007).

Student Group: Provides education to government-funded students and general public students.

History: Since its establishment in 2008, as one of the few "international/intergovernmental" universities in the world, it has actively participated in international affairs and academic exchanges, gradually emerged in the field of international education, and became a formal member of relevant academic institutions in the United Nations system, participating in international activities such as COP28.

School Strength

Academic Status: It is a formal member of key academic institutions such as the Academic Council United Nations System (ACUNS), the United Nations Academic Impact, and the United Nations PR ME, and is officially listed in the UNESCO International Association of Universities World Higher Education Database (WHED).

Course settings: It offers a wide range of online master's and doctoral programs, such as the Master of Diplomacy and International Affairs, the Master and Doctor of International Law and Treaty Law, the Master and Doctor of International Public Health, and the Master of Climate Change Research and Sustainability.

Educational philosophy: With critical thinking and structured academic writing as the core, it advocates "listening to both sides (Audi et alteram partem)", aiming to cultivate "expert leaders of international civil servants and global professions" and let students "go global".
