Overview
Sophia University (Japanese: じょうちだいがく, abbreviated as: Sophia University, Sophia) is a world-class top private university located in Tokyo, Japan. It was founded by the Society of Jesus in 1913, and its history can be traced back to the founding concept of the university when the Catholic missionary St. Francis Xavier visited Japan in 1549. Sophia University is a member of the Japanese Super International University Project, Japan G30, Japan-Switzerland Mirai Project, and Japan's International Five Universities (G5).
Campus

Yotsuya Campus: Located in Yotsuya, Shinjuku District, Tokyo, it is the main campus of the school and has multiple faculties and graduate schools.
