Tokyo Kasei University (abbreviated as "Tokyo Kasei University") is a private university located in Tokyo, Japan. It was founded in 1881 and officially opened university education in 1949. The founder of the school is Tatsugoro Watanabe. Tokyo Kasei University is the earliest professional school in Japan to teach clothing majors.
