History and Establishment
The university's educational tradition dates back to the 17th century, when the first educational institutions gradually evolved. It was officially established in 1920, and its Agricultural College was transformed into an independent educational institution in 1923.
School Strength
Faculty: The school has many well-known scientists and experienced teachers, including academicians of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, doctors of science, professors, candidates of science and associate professors, who work in 45 departments to provide students with high-quality teaching and guidance.
Teaching Facilities: The school has complete teaching facilities, including 10 teaching buildings, modern equipment, information center, a library with 550,000 books, 3 branches and 4 reading rooms, etc. In addition, there are 7 student dormitories, 4 canteens and 4 cafeterias, which provide convenience for students' study and life.
Scientific Research Achievements: The school's researchers are committed to the research and development of efficient production technologies for grains, feed crops, potatoes, etc., drafting and producing preparations for the prevention and treatment of animal diseases, and also participating in the formulation of relevant laws and regulations such as the Land Code of Ukraine.
