The University of Lay Adventists of Kigali is a private university located in Rwanda. It adheres to the values ​​of the Seventh-day Adventist Church and provides undergraduate and graduate education to students.

Founded in 1997 by the Seventh-day Adventist Parent Education Development Federation of Rwanda (FAPADER).

On April 9, 2009, it was fully certified by the Rwandan government through Ministerial Order No. 002/09.
