Founded in 1997 by the Seventh-day Adventist Parent Education Development Federation of Rwanda (FAPADER).

 

On July 2, 2004, it obtained the legal status of a non-profit organization under the laws of Rwanda through Ministerial Decree No. 89/11.

On April 9, 2009, it was fully certified by the Rwandan government through Ministerial Order No. 002/09.
